I visited this restaurant on Sept. 24. I was out on my bike finishing up a poker run and was only going to stop for the verification. When I stepped inside I noticed the place was pretty busy. Also noticed practically everyone was eating. Being about 5PM I thought the food must be good. I sat down, my waitress was there immediately. She was fast and very outgoing. I ordered the boneless rib steak. OMG... It was fantastic!! So tender I cut it with my fork! Great flavor! The price was half of what you would pay else where! Great food, great service, great prices! Definitely worth going there!
Had to update my rating. The more we go there the less impressed we are. The food and service is hit or miss. The steak and hamburger specials are typically good. The Mac and cheese is excellent (both plain for kids and Buffalo chicken for adults). Sometimes the fries are great, other times they are soggy and extremely greasy. Table service is typically slow or non-existent at other times. They do have an excellent beer selection though. And $2 pint night is fantastic as you can choose any of their many draughts.
